currently seeking candidates for a new Training
Assistant position at our Monroe, Georgia location. This is an hourly
position with normal work hours for this position are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

The Training Assistant is responsible for development,
implementation, coordination and facilitation of the formal training and
development programs in the assigned area of responsibility. This includes analyzing training needs and
and assesses training needs within the area of responsibility.
Collects, compiles, and reports results of
evaluation, attendance, and training data. Communicates data and reports such as Training Guides, TPPD’s,
Quality Alerts, and etc.
Works with coordinators and managers to
deliver specific training to meet the needs as identified for IATF 16949
and ISO 14001.
Prepares and documents
procedures for employees who are appointed for training. Creates
job specific teaching materials (Training Guides).
employees improve upon or enhance existing skills through interaction on
the plant floor.
Collects and reviews for
completeness and accuracy all training paperwork completed within his or
her area of responsibility including electronic tracking.
Performs other related
duties including various projects as assigned.
At least 3 to 5 years related experience in a
manufacturing training and /or Human Resources environment, B.S./B.A.
Leadership skills to effectively direct
employees while in a training class environment and ability to properly
evaluate comprehension and application of subject material.
Ability to communicate professionally with all
levels of employees.
Excellent written and oral communication
skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality performance. With strong
interpersonal skills resulting in exceptional rapport with people.
Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and
Excel are required.
High-level of effective interpersonal
