Class A CDL Drivers (Haz & Tanker)Position Location: Cleveland, OHCompany seeking experienced Tanker & Hazmat drivers. These are full time, hourly positions with overtime after 40 hours. Some overnight runs are required for this position. Occasional weekend, holiday and emergency response work can also be expected.This is a physical, hands-on job that may include additional duties other than driving a CMV.Qualification Requirements:Valid CDL Class AValid Tanker & Hazmat EndorsementAt least one year (1) verifiable tanker experienceAt least one year (1) verifiable hazmat experienceAt least one year (1) verifiable flat bed experienceMust be willing to be trained on all pieces of equipment, van trailers, vacuum tanker trailer, roll off straight trucks, and roll off trailers along with super sucker vacsFour points or less on driving recordOne accident or less on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo DUI or Felony Convictions in the past 7 yearsDue to safety sensitive aspects of this job, all employees must be a minimum of 21 years of ageEducation:High School graduate or equivalentMust also be capable of completing company required training course in the SOP manualProficient mathematical and communication skillsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities necessary to perform this job safely and successfully.Drive, operate and maintain Turbo Vacuum Truck, Vacuum Tanker, Roll Off or VanPerform safety sensitive activities to ensure proper loading and transport of hazardous and non-hazardous materials by performing the following dutiesInspect containers to ensure they are in good condition and properly labeledMaintain compliance with FMCSA,EPA and OSHA regulationsLoad and unload hazardous materials in compliance with Hazmat regulationsMaintain paperwork and documentationPreparedness for accident management/spill responseOverview of Compensation, Schedule and Benefits:Hourly pay!Plenty of OT availableOvertime pay after 40 hours per weekPrimarily local runsTypical schedule is Monday Friday plus approximately 1-2 Saturdays per month10-12 hour shifts Typically daylightDrivers may be required to stay out overnight typically no more than 2-3 nights per MonthLodging and Per diem, pay if need to stay overnightExcellent benefit plan Medical, Dental and Vision after 90 days of service8 paid HolidaysPaid Vacations401K Pension PlanLife InsuranceIncentive Bonus ProgramUniform and Work Boot Allowance
