We need someone who speaks our customers language and cares about helping them improve lives through Strength. Youll be working with a great team of fit, fun people- helping our customers build amazing garage gyms and SOLVING all their problems. Well, maybe not ALL of them. To be successful, we think you need a track record in CARING but firm customer service (email chat phone), and experience with following procedure. Youll need solid writing skillsA little bit of sales would help as well. Some marketing and social media experience would be great! Youve got to be into the life. You know, if youre that person in your friend group. If people look at you with guilt in their eyes when they eat french fries. If you know what happens if you leave a protein shaker in the car in the Austin heat. If you are a member of more than one gym and you agonize over the desire to join more. Youll join us in our South Austin HQ, and join a team of 2 additional current CSRs. We have processes and procedures- youll need to follow them, and help us improve them! This is an hourly position, and there will definitely be some longer hours when sales and customer service volume is high- like late November through Christmas. There is some weekend work required. Members of our customer service team typically make between $12-$19 per hour. Here are some of the key tasks you will be taking on: Task: Answering daily inbound emails from customers Skills needed: Ability to answer 30-60 inbound emails a day, great typing skills, writing composition skills, empathy, problem solving, positive communication, prompt and persistent follow up Task: Answering daily inbound calls from customers Skills needed: Ability to answer 10-15 inbound calls a day, positive and unflappable phone skills, empathy, problem solving, positive communication, prompt and persistent follow up Task: Answering daily inbound messages from customers on a variety of other platforms- Amazon, eBay, Facebook messenger, text, twitter, chat Skills needed: Ability to answer 10-30 short queries a day, great typing skills, empathy, problem solving, positive communication, prompt and persistent follow up Task: Making outbound calls to return voicemails and solve customer problems Skills needed: Ability to make outbound calls as needed to resolve customer problems, positive and unflappable phone skills, empathy, problem solving, positive communication, prompt and persistent follow up Task: Using our ERP and CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and web browsers to accurately log information Skills needed: Computer and internet literacy, attention to detail Task: Logging and notating all customer problems and contacts in our CRM and google sheets Skills needed: Data entry, attention to detail Task: Filing UPS claims Skills needed: Following sometimes-tedious procedures We are a start-up , fast-growing company, so there will certainly be other tasks in addition to the above.
