The Executive Receptionist will operate a multi-line telephone, take messages and deliver or redirect as appropriate, receive and direct internal and external guests, maintain all common areas of the office to include the reception area, all conference rooms, kitchen, supply and copy rooms, ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies, and completing projects or assisting with overflow as directed by Executive Assistants. In addition, the position will manage and maintain all conference room reservations to include meeting setup, use of technical equipment and working with our onsite catering team.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn- Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to senior leadership, visiting clients, customers and suppliers.nn- Plans and coordinates events in partnership with the McKesson Conference Center.nn- Leverages strong technical skills to administer and develop variety of recurring and ad-hoc meetings.nn- Acts a brand ambassador for McKesson.nn- Works closely with other Executive Assistants within the company.nn- Acts as an information soured on organization policies and procedures.nn- Comfortable being assigned in various functional areas of the company.nnMinimum Requirementsnn1 years administrative support experiencennEducationnnHS Diploma, Vocational Training or EquivalentnnCritical Skillsnn- Previous experience as a receptionist in a C-Suite in a Fortune 1000 company needednn- Strong organization and planning skillsnn- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsnn- Excellent facilitation, management skillsnn- Approaches work with a service mentalitynn- Self-starter. Ability to work independentlynn- Poise and tact.
