Reservation Agents - Call Center - BostonCoach & Dav El Position Description: The reservation agent serves as a liaison between BostonCoach - Dav El Worldwide and our client. The reservation agent will respond to caller and e-mail inquiries and provide clients with product and service information in a professional and timely manner.
Open shifts: 11:00PM - 7:00AM; Must be able to work Friday & Saturday
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills

Have a superb attention to detail,
The ability to communicate information accurately
Maintain confidentiality and have proven reliability
The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Must be at least 21
High school graduate
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience
Competent knowledge of both U.S. and world geography.
Applicant must have multiple application computer experience
Ability to document work in a professional, efficient and timely manner
Compensation: This is an hourly position $13.00 an hour plus full-time benefits package.
