Employee provides support to AR team members in serving student needs and completing a range of tasks. Primary focus will be related to collection of unpaid accounts. Tasks will include reaching out to students by mail, email and telephone. Employee also provides front end coverage in the Finance office by greeting students, resolving issues and helping students with payment plans and Higher One. Employee will receive training and work closely with AR staff.
Associate's degree preferred.
Strong customer service background.
Ability to use Microsoft products.
Aability to work with computerized student account software.
Aability to maintain strict confidentiality,ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
